New designs of new banknote series for the Banco Central de Costa Rica (BCCR)
Banco Central de Costa Rica (BCCR) has unveiled new designs of their new banknote series. Orell Füssli Ltd. Security Printing was contracted to originate and manufacture the gorgeous and secure ₡1’000 and ₡10’000 denominations. Both denominations will enter into circulation early 2021 and are printed on durable polymer substrate.
